You can download ProMedica Federal Credit Union’s mobile access app to your iPhone®, iPad®, or Android™ from the Apple App Store or Google Play by searching ProMedica Federal Credit Union.
You may be asked for an activation code; email or online. If selecting online, access the code by logging into online banking from a desktop, go to Services and select Device Activation. If selecting email, you must log into your email account to obtain a code you will enter on your mobile phone.
Once this has been completed you may tap continue on your cellular device.
You must be enrolled in Online Banking before beginning to use our Mobile Access App. To enroll in Online Banking, please contact a Member Service Representative at 419-479-4040 for your temporary password. Your same Online Banking username and password will be used to access our Mobile Access App.
