System Upgrades – Important Information

Exciting News: A Game-Changing Update Arrives on October 2, 2023!

Get ready for something big! We’re thrilled to announce that on October 2, 2023, we’ll be rolling out important upgrades to our central computer systems. These enhancements are designed to elevate the services we offer you, our valued members. Stay tuned to this page for updates as the conversion date approaches.

Here's What You Need to Know:

  • The upgrade period will begin the evening of Thursday, September 28, 2023, and will extend through the weekend. During this time, please keep these points in mind:
    • Internet Banking will be temporarily unavailable.
      Debit/ATM Cards may have reduced limits. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend withdrawing any needed cash ahead of time.
    • Balance inquiries and internal transfers will not be able to be processed. Remember to jot down your balances in advance.
    • Shared Branching may be temporarily unavailable. 
  • EARLY CLOSURE: Mark your calendar! On Friday, September 29, 2023, our Credit Union will close at 12:00 PM EST.
  • Internet Banking services are expected to be restored on Saturday, September 30, 2023.
    • Online/Mobile Banking users will be required to reenroll and establish new login credentials.
    • Mobile Banking users will need to reinstall the ProMedica FCU app.
    • You will need to reenroll to continue to receive electronic statements.
  • Audio response telephone banking services will be discontinued.
  • New Branch Hours: Our Downtown Toledo Branch hours of operations will be 9:00 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST Starting October 2, 2023.

While there's so much happening behind the scenes, the most exciting update for you is the vastly improved and user-friendly online banking experience.
Rest assured, the following things remain the same:
  • Account numbers
  • Debit cards and PINs
  • Credit cards
  • Direct deposit/Pension/Social Security arrangements
  • Established automatic withdrawals
  • Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments
Please ensure that the credit union has your current and up-to-date mailing address and email address, and make sure you have taken note of your account number (it will not change). You will need this information to enroll in online banking.
Absolutely! All automatic distributions and transfers will smoothly transition to the new system.
Your monthly statements are safe, and you'll have access to the last three months of account history through Internet Banking. If you need older account history, just let us know, and we've got you covered.
