Here's What You Need to Know:
The upgrade period will begin the evening of Thursday, September 28, 2023, and will extend through the weekend. During this time, please keep these points in mind:
Internet Banking will be temporarily unavailable.
Debit/ATM Cards may have reduced limits. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend withdrawing any needed cash ahead of time.
Balance inquiries and internal transfers will not be able to be processed. Remember to jot down your balances in advance.
Shared Branching may be temporarily unavailable.
EARLY CLOSURE: Mark your calendar! On Friday, September 29, 2023, our Credit Union will close at 12:00 PM EST.
Internet Banking services are expected to be restored on Saturday, September 30, 2023.
Online/Mobile Banking users will be required to reenroll and establish new login credentials.
Mobile Banking users will need to reinstall the ProMedica FCU app.
You will need to reenroll to continue to receive electronic statements.
Audio response telephone banking services will be discontinued.
New Branch Hours: Our Downtown Toledo Branch hours of operations will be 9:00 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST Starting October 2, 2023.

How Can I Prepare for Conversion
Please ensure that the credit union has your current and up-to-date mailing address and email address, and make sure you have taken note of your account number (it will not change). You will need this information to enroll in online banking.
Will My Automatic Payments/Transfers Continue?
Absolutely! All automatic distributions and transfers will smoothly transition to the new system.
