With a simple click of the mouse you can review your account, transfer money, and do so much more! ProMedica FCU Online Account Access is FREE, secure and available to all ProMedica FCU Members.
- View account balances and history, including cleared checks
- Pay bills and people with FREE MemberPay online bill pay
- Access eStatements
- Transfer money between accounts
How to Setup Online Account Access
1. Register Account
-Click LOG IN under Online Account Access.
-Enter your account number in the USER ID box.
-Enter start up PASSWORD you received from credit union.
-Click the CONTINUE button.
-Type in CURRENT PASSWORD from the credit union.
-Choose a NEW PASSWORD.
-Verify NEW PASSWORD.
-Click the CONTINUE button.
2. Enhance Security
-Choose 1 of the 12 SECURITY IMAGES.
-There are five drop down menus of challenge questions. Answer one different question in each menu.
-CLICK Confirm. The window will now go blank.
-Go to www.promedicafcu.com.
3. Activate Account
-Enter your account number in the USER ID box.
-Enter the new PASSWORD you created.
-Find your security image and CHECK the box.
-ANSWER one of your challenge questions.

You can download ProMedica Federal Credit Union’s mobile access app to your iPhone, iPad, or Android from Apple Store or Google Play by searching ProMedica Federal Credit Union.
You may be asked for an activation code; email or online. If selecting online, access the code by logging into online banking from a desktop, go to Services and select Device Activation. If selecting email, you must log into your email account to obtain a code you will enter on your mobile phone.
Once this has been completed you may tap continue on your cellular device.
You must be enrolled in Online Banking before beginning to use our Mobile Access App. To enroll in Online Banking, please contact a Member Services Rep. at 419-479-4040 for your temporary password. Your same Online Banking username and password will be used to access our Mobile Access App.
