ProMedica Federal Credit Union would like to make our members aware of a current scam involving fraudulent phone calls. Individuals are spoofing our main phone number, 4194794040, and posing as ProMedica Federal Credit Union employees. During these calls, the scammers are requesting debit
card information.
Please be advised that ProMedica Federal Credit Union will never contact you to request your full debit card number, PIN, or other sensitive personal information.
If you receive a call that appears suspicious, we recommend that you disconnect immediately.
If you have concerns regarding your debit card or believe you may have provided information to a fraudulent caller, please contact our Downtown Office at 419.479.1300 for assistance.
